Our personal training program focuses on general strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness, tailored to your goals and experience level. Whether you’re completely new to training, getting back into a routine, or looking for simple, structured guidance, sessions are designed to help you move comfortably, build strength safely, and gain confidence in your training.
Sport-Specific Cross Training
Enhance your performance in your sport with Olympic weightlifting-based cross training. This program focuses on developing explosive power, strength, and mobility that translate directly to athletic performance. Each session is tailored to your sport and goals, combining proper technique with functional training for optimal results.
Rebuild & Reload
Our Rebuild & Reload program offers coach-guided strength and conditioning with a focus on movement quality and gradual progression. It's designed for athletes rebuilding after time away, setbacks, or minor tweaks. Medical clearance is required for recent injuries, surgeries, or specific conditions identified during intake. This program is fitness coaching only and not medical treatment.
Remote Coaching
Train with Aether Weightlifting from anywhere in the world. Our remote coaching program provides customized training plans, video feedback, and ongoing support, all tailored to your goals and equipment availability. Improve technique, build strength, and stay on track—even if you can’t make it to the gym in person.
SWEAT
Sweat Class is a group conditioning workout focused on short intervals and full-body movement. Using primarily bodyweight-based and functional exercises, the class helps build endurance, strength, and consistency in a scalable, beginner-friendly format. Open to all ages and fitness levels
